Fill in Your Information

Fill in the form in your own time; you can save and return to finish the form at any time that suits you. You can fill out as much of the contact details for the organisations as you wish, or enough that you are comfortable knowing your loved ones are able to contact the organisation with little to no stress.

Share Your Information

Once you have completed the form, you will have the option to share the information with your loved ones via an email. This share invite will enable your loved ones access to your private and confidential information once you have passed.

Optional Message Vault

You also have the option to purchase an additional 'Message to my Loved One' vault to send your loved ones in the form of a letter or short video. All they have to do is upload the Death Certificate to open the vault and receive the letter or video. This may take up to 2 working days to release.

What happens if I change my mind about who I want to have the passcode?

You can remove the person's access by blocking them from accessing the vault. This option is available in your account settings and takes effect immediately.

How will I know if the person I have shared the passcode with is accessing my information while I am still alive?

You will receive an alert telling you each time someone accesses your information. This helps ensure your vault is only accessed when appropriate.

Will it cost my loved one anything to access the vault using the passcode?

There is a small fee of $4.99 your loved one will have to pay to access vault using the invite link you sent. This has been set up to encourage your loved ones to only access the vault once you have passed.

What information should I include in my vault?

Include financial institution details, insurance information, legal documents, medical information, and contact details for organizations you're connected to. The more complete your information, the easier it will be for your loved ones.

How does the death certificate verification work?

Your loved ones will need to obtain a death certificate as evidence before accessing certain features. This process varies by location, but authorities typically provide this information at the time of passing.

Can I update my information after I've created my vault?

Yes, you can save and return to update your vault information at any time. Your one-time payment gives you lifetime access to modify and maintain your vault.

Why is the NextofKinConnect Vault only $39.99 when I'm offered lifelong security and reassurance?

When I envisioned the concept of being able to alleviate some of the stresses that happen when a loved one passes, I was determined to make it about helping people, not charging rediculous prices. I hope you can agree keeping the cost down has ultimately made the NextofKinConnect Vault affordable to everyone.

Does my NextofKinConnect Vault have a lifespan or cut off point where it is deleted or does it last forever?

If your loved one passes and you submit their Death Certificate to open the personal message left especially for you, the Vault will be automatically removed and deleted 14 days later. Following that, every 1 year everyone attached to this Vault will receive an email giving you 60 days to respond as to whether you are still requiring the Vault. If there is no response during this time we will assume your loved one has passed and you no longer require the Vault. Additionally if you respond 'no' on both occasions the vault would be automatically removed and deleted.
